All staff employed by Call Assistant UK goes through an extensive training program to enable them to hit the ground running. We don’t employ agency staff and all our employees are on permanent contracts. We invest a lot of time and effort into our staff to ensure you get the service that you expect.

When you start using Call Assistant UK you will be issued with an account manager, who will be your first point of contact, they will be able to answer any questions that you have and will be answering the majority of your calls. This allows them to build up a relationship with you and also your callers, and act as your employee.

We recently invested in a market leading Recruitment tracking software to assist our client. This allows the client to remotely post their jobs, and we simply manage the applications and arrange interviews.  The recruitment consultants can watch in real time all applicants and interview time arrangements.
